Calvin E. Gardner, MAI, is the President of Gardner Consulting Services, Inc., and has been providing real estate appraisal and consultation services in Orlando and the Central Florida area as well as throughout the state for over 22 years. The primary business of Gardner Consulting Services, Inc., is the appraisal of residential and commercial real estate; however, we also perform brokerage services (Old Florida Properties), market studies, site selection, and litigation support. Our assignments are mostly in Central Florida, including the Counties of Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola, Polk, Volusia, and Brevard. However, we have worked throughout the State of Florida as well as other States in the southeast.
