Tecta America West Florida LLC, a commercial roofing contractor, is based in Tampa, Florida,  provide complete roof services, including roof replacement, roof repairs, emergency services, preventative maintenance programs, energy solutions, safety, and online asset management.

We joined Tecta America in 2005 under the name General Works of Tampa. The name was changed to Tecta America West Florida LLC in 2011 in order to more clearly communicate the alignment between our local capabilities that draw from the strength of a national firm.  We serve the Tampa, Lakeland, Sarasota, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Gainesville, and Ft. Myers markets.

Our management and operation teams have decades of successful experience working with building owners, property managers, facility engineers and general contractors providing professional roof repair service, commercial low slope re-roofing and new construction commercial services.

Tecta America Corporation has grown to over 50 locations nationwide becoming one of the largest roofing contractors in the United States and is an approved applicator of  GAF, Johns Manville, Carlisle, and Firestone and all other major manufacturers roofing material.
